  The worst customer service experience we have ever had when shopping. We love tefal products and this is the nearest store to us. The representative in store wasn't bothered at all in guiding. When I asked about the product, he just kept saying yup , as if we are here to detail the product features and selling him that product. He was absolutely rude as if made to work forcefully or may be a racist. If it wasn't for a good deal, we wouldn't shed a penny in that store. A good rep for a good brand would be nice.
